MontelloMontello is one hill situated to 20 km to north of Treviso between Montebelluna (to the West) and Nervesa of Battaglia (to East). It is crossed from a longitudinal road from Nervesa to Montebelluna said "dorsale", and from 21 cross-sectional narrow lanes (North-South) said "prese". Attended from the riders, above all on Sunday, it offers routes of various difficulty:
- low difficulty: the entire hill can be circumnavigated following the narrow lane to south from Montebelluna to Nervesa, very  small and not with big problem of traffic, not to confuse with the provincial one that runs more approximately at 1 km to South and that it is from avoiding absolutely for the heaviest traffic. To north from Nervesa to Crocetta del Montello there is instead an only  calm road. The entire circumnavigation without too many problems of traffic and too many unevennesses can be completed.
- medium difficulty: from Nervesa the dorsal road that goes up in sweet way, with frequent pauses is possible to arrive to the higher point that is S.Maria of the Victoria to 371m s.l.m. From here it can  be continued coming down until Montebelluna, or to come back and to come down for one of the many transversal roads (said prese), very steep.
-
discreet difficulty for who wants to attempt in climb: it can be gone up until the "dorsale" for one of the 21 "Prese" (generally not asphalted) from south or north; as an example from Giavera or Volpago for road asphalted with strong slopes (approximately 8-10%).

MontelloTravel to the center of the Montello
Length: 18 km
Time of distance: 2 h 15' ( circular way)
Degree of difficulty: medium
Unevenness: 224 m (circular way)
332 m ( beginning  from Giavera)

Departure from the new church of Giavera: we must direct towards the west on the S.S., Statal Road., and close the first one cross-light, we feed, towards right, via of the Bolé, than once intercrossed and exceeded the Stradon del Bosco (that in this point it is called  via Pedemontana), becomes via degli Alpini, "presa" number 5 (we remember that on the right,  the old  parochial of Giavera, to flank of which one there is a wonderful English military cemetary);
we cover this way for approximately 1 km, therefore we abandon it in order to continue on a feature not asphalted, on our right (via Carretta, "presa" 6), that arrives on the "dorsale".
From this point we describe the distance in its circular course: coming therefore from the center of Giavera del Montello we continue beyond the "dorsale" for the branch north of the same one via Carretta; to the first crossroad, we go on the left in via Reggio Brigade, that it ends shortly near the "presa" 7, asphalted, little to north of the country Santi Angeli: we catch up this last one covering the "presa" 7 towards right, and subsequently towards left in via degli Eroi, that it leads between some "doline" ( generally funnel-shaped depressions, produced from the dissolution of the cliff to work of waters of the rain), to the "presa" 8: to this point we turn to right, discovering the center of the country. Santi Angeli introduces numerous stones to death of the Great War, and we must at least mention the Sacello, the place where the "presa" 8 converges in the "Dorsale"; here an immense and sweet "dolina" is , said “The Dead men's Valley", that it has this name to perennial memory of the extreme sacrifice of the fallen Italian soldiers during the battle of Solstizio.
From Santi Angeli, the distance continues feeding towards the west, via degli Arditiburn , than with a  rectilinear distance and parallel to the "Dorsale" leads, after to have crossed the 9, the 10 and the 11, in "presa" 12.
MontelloGone up on this last one "presa", we come down to right catching up the Panoramic one. On this we head towards left for the length of some "prese", until reaching the "presa"15, via delle Medaglie D'oro, that we will have to cover in climb.
Before the aforesaid one "presa" 15, on the right, we can find the chiesetta of Santa Mama, whose cult go back to the first centuries of this millenium.
Close the chiesetta Santa Mama, a trust informs of the existence of a path that leads to the Cove of the Buoro.
We come down for the fine narrow lane beyond the channel, therefore we follow to the feet of the slopes a tracing of underbrush until that we reach the cove, known from the local populations, which legends and worthy traditions of the best Arcadia are tied. Feed the "presa" 15, we cover in climb about 2 km.

The distance proceeds for a more southern branch of the same one via Delle Medaglie D'oro.
On the right we signal the presence of the Roman Column and the Observatory of the King.
Via delle Medaglie D'oro, it exits on the Dorsale. In this, we turn towards left, in direction of Santa Maria delle Vittorie.
We Leave the center of the country  and come down along the same road, until noticing the trust of indication for the "presa" 10: after this, we must hold the right for the first narrow lane that we meet (without indication of the street): to the first crosss-roads we go straight; when it passes in the center of a small village, it assumes the name of via 10 Giugno; where it ends, in anomalous crosss-roads, we turn on the left for the second road; a Military Road (in this point without indications), that it succeeds in to intercross the road that from Giavera of the Montello leads to Santi Angeli; we cross it, and continue for short time via Gorini, to the "presa" 7. We abandon this one in order to feed to right one Street of the same configuration (without indication), than arrives in "presa" 6, point in which we finish the circular way over the Montello and we get ready  to come down towards the center of Giavera.
